YARN (“we,” “us”) is operated by Social Performance Company LLC in Elburn, Illinois. This policy explains what we collect when you visit drinkyarn.com and join our launch email list.

What we collect

Your email address, when you choose to enter it in the signup form. When you submit the form, our email service provider may also record technical details such as your IP address and the date and time you signed up. We do not ask for anything else.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send you emails about YARN and its launch, such as updates and announcements.

Consent and unsubscribing

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing hello@drinkyarn.com.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the site and send our emails, such as our email service provider and our website hosting provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your email address and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and fonts

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. To display its typefaces, your browser may load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@drinkyarn.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests as required by law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
